1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Free Shipping on orders over £50/ $50 (depending on your currency). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on local postal services.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You can use our in-store tracking tool "Track Your Order" located in the main menu to check real-time updates.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Dr.TY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages
If you receive your product damaged or leaked due to transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at [eric576287162@gmail.com] with photos and order number for a replacement.
